Thanks for reaching out. I understand how frustrating it is to cancel one subscription and see both removed, especially when you intended to keep the $21.44/year plan. This usually happens because Microsoft accounts often link multiple subscriptions under the same billing profile. If they share payment details or renewal settings, canceling one can affect the other. In cases of overlapping or duplicate services, the system may treat the cancellation as ending the entire group. Unfortunately, once a subscription is fully canceled, it can’t be restored at the previous promotional rate.
To resolve this, sign in to account.microsoft.com/services and check which subscriptions are active or expired. If both are canceled, you’ll need to repurchase the plan. You can also contact Microsoft Support to request restoration or a price adjustment, though promotional pricing isn’t guaranteed.
