Cancel duplicate subscription

We have a current annual Microsoft 365 Family subscription, to be renewed in April 2026. However, a Microsoft 365 Basic subscription was inadvertently also subscribed to, payable per month.

Only the Microsoft 365 Basic details are shown on subscriptions, although the 3 listed computers for the Family Subscription are listed.

If I cancel Microsoft 365 Basic, do the 365 Family details reappear? How is the Family subscription affected?

Are you the ones who subscribed to the Microsoft 365 Personal or it just so happened that you got billed for it? You can double check it by going to account.microsoft.com/services from a browser and login with your Microsoft account.
