I’m facing an issue with a Microsoft account. We have the admin login ID and password, but the verification code is being sent to Microsoft Authenticator. The Authenticator was logged in on another phone, but the guy that handle this admin logins they removed the admin account from the app, so he no longer receives the codes. Because of that, we’re unable to log in without the authentication code.
