I receive the feedback below when I tried to pay for the outstanding bill for the subscription I use

"Your payment could not be processed. Please try again with the same payment method, or add a new payment method."

Kindly assist me in resolving this issue.

To resolve this, please try the following steps:

  1. Retry the payment using the same card in a private/incognito browser window.
  2. If the issue continues, please add a new payment method and try processing the payment again.
  3. If you are using a debit/virtual card, your bank may have blocked international or recurring charges. In that case, please contact your bank and request approval for Microsoft/Azure transactions.
  4. You can also check for additional details under: Cost Management + Billing → Billing profiles → Payments → Failed transaction history.
