To resolve this, please try the following steps:
- Retry the payment using the same card in a private/incognito browser window.
- If the issue continues, please add a new payment method and try processing the payment again.
- If you are using a debit/virtual card, your bank may have blocked international or recurring charges. In that case, please contact your bank and request approval for Microsoft/Azure transactions.
- You can also check for additional details under: Cost Management + Billing → Billing profiles → Payments → Failed transaction history.
