It seems you're experiencing issues with accessing your email account, particularly with password recovery and receiving verification codes. Here are some steps you can take to resolve the situation:

    1. Password Reset: Since you mentioned that you received a new password but it didn't work, ensure that you are entering it correctly. If you have forgotten your password again, use the password reset option available at https://account.live.com/ResetPassword.aspx for your Microsoft account.
    2. Alternative Email: If the recovery process is sending codes to an email address you do not have access to, you may need to follow the recovery options provided by Microsoft. They may allow you to verify your identity through other means.
    3. Security Information: If you have set up security information (like a phone number or an alternative email), make sure those are up to date. You can check and update your security settings once you regain access to your account.
    4. Contact Support: If you continue to have issues, consider reaching out to Microsoft support for assistance. They can help you recover your account if you provide them with the necessary information to verify your identity.
    5. Account Timeout: If your new account is timing out immediately after logging in, ensure that your browser is not blocking cookies or scripts required for the login process. Try clearing your browser's cache or using a different browser.

Make sure to keep your recovery options updated to avoid similar issues in the future.
