Requesting a graph from my agent with code interpreter enabled works just fine

However, requesting the same from the web channel causes the following error

Translated the error message would be:

We are sorry, and unexpected issue has ocurred. We are looking into it. Error code: SystemError. Conversation ID: JYOGDoi0wOvJENlglgEWat-us. Hora (UTC): 11/25/2025 2:59:25 PM.

This issue occurs for every action that uses the code interpreter feature, in any channel

Here, the same error when asking to generate a file (this will work when prompted in Copilot Studio):

The SystemError you are encountering when requesting a graph from your Copilot Agent via the web channel indicates that a system error occurred in Copilot Studio. Unfortunately, this error does not provide a specific message, which can make troubleshooting more challenging.

To resolve this issue, you may want to consider the following steps:

    1. Check for Updates: Ensure that your Copilot Agent and any related components are up to date.
    2. Review Logs: Look at any available logs or error messages that might give more context about the error.
    3. Contact Support: If the issue persists, it may be beneficial to contact customer support for assistance, as they can provide more detailed insights into system errors.

Since the error occurs in the web channel but not in the code interpreter, it may also be worth checking if there are any specific configurations or limitations related to the web channel that could be causing this issue.
