Identity Validation stuck "In Progress"

Hi, I am trying to use Trusted signing and create a public certificate however I need to do Identity Validation first.

I have completed all steps asked of me and now the verification is just stuck on "In Progress". how can I move this along please? I submitted everything on 7th November. I really need to get my app deployed.
