Dear Microsoft Support Team,

I recently encountered a problem while trying to redeem a Microsoft Rewards digital gift card. I had successfully collected enough points to redeem the 400 Robux digital card, but during the redemption process, I was asked to verify my phone number.

Unfortunately, my Malaysian phone number (country code +60) was not supported by the verification system. This prevented me from completing the redemption, and I have not received the digital code via email.

I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue. Please let me know if there is an alternative verification method or if you can help process the redemption manually.

Thank you for your time and support.

Best regards, ZENG

If you’re getting an "We don't support that country code" error, this is because this feature has been disabled by your local government. Some countries also having this local restrictions.

This decision doesn’t come directly from Microsoft and that it may take some time before the issue is resolved.

We recommend to reach out to Microsoft Support to confirm whether your country is currently supported.

Click "Chat with a support agent in your web browser".

If you ever find yourself stuck in a loop, please use the keywords "Contact Support" or "Live Chat" (without the quotes) and click "Contact Support" at the bottom.
