I purchased this today from Groupon. I typed in the code. It is not allowing me to use it. It is saying that I already have it and to contact administration. Move from: Microsoft 365 and Office | Access | Other | Other

    To fix a Groupon code that says its already used first check your Microsoft account at account.microsoft.com/services to see if the subscription is already active, confirm you entered the correct 25 character product key redeem it at office.com/setup if not yet applied and if the error persists contact the Groupon seller for a new key or refund then escalate through Groupon Help Center or social media and if the deal redirects to a third-party site verify its legitimacy and request a refund immediately if it appears unofficial.
