All I can suggest at this stage is to make contact with Microsoft support directly.
Using the Get Help app type chat with an agent then select Contact Support.

Добрый день,
Купила подписку Windows 11 Pro.
На мой емейл ******@kitrum.com после покупки версии НЕ пришел ключ.
Не получается обновить систему до 11 Pro Version.

If you have Home edition now then you bought an upgrade.
If you have an upgrade licence for Pro then disconnect from the internet and enter the generic Pro key at Change product key, in Settings.
VK7JG-NPHTM-C97JM-9MPGT-3V66T when you restart and go back online it should activate with the licence you bought.

2025-11-15T10:56:51.6566667+00:00 The method I described for forcing windows to update from Home to Pro edition using the generic Pro product key is tried and tested and should work but there must be no internet connection. (or windows can check the key)
Are you definitely disconnected from the network/internet.?

Yes, I disconnected the Internet as you ask me to do.
You can see this on the screen below (фt the bottom of the toolbar, next to the Language icon, you will see a Planet icon, which means that Wi-Fi and the Internet are disabled).

Use windows Search and enter winver then select the top result. It will show the details and include the current version and build. Please post back a screenshot.
