    Hello Diego,

Thank you for reaching out and sharing the details of the issue you are experiencing. I understand how frustrating it can be when emails do not arrive in the expected folder and then start bouncing back especially when communication is critical. This behavior often occurs due to incorrect rule configurations or issues with the recipient’s mailbox settings.

To address the problem with emails going into the RSS Feed folder it is possible that an Outlook rule or filter is redirecting messages there. Reviewing and adjusting your rules in Outlook or Outlook on the web can help ensure emails are delivered to the correct folder. Regarding the bounced emails this typically happens when the recipient’s mailbox is inactive, full or the domain is misconfigured. It can also be related to authentication issues such as SPF, DKIM, or DMARC settings on your sending domain.

As a resolution I recommend verifying the recipient’s email address for accuracy, checking your Outlook rules and confirming that your domain authentication settings are properly configured. If everything appears correct and the issue persists contacting your IT support or the recipient’s email administrator would be the next best step to ensure delivery.

Could you confirm if you have recently made any changes to your mailbox rules or domain settings?

I hope this answer is helpful if you have further questions feel free to reply back

    Regards,

    Marcelo

If your incoming emails are going into the RSS Feed folder, it may be due to the way your email rules are set up. You can check your email rules in Microsoft Outlook or the Outlook web app to see if there are any rules directing emails to the RSS Feed folder.

Regarding the bounced back emails from the address you mentioned, this could be due to several reasons:

    1. Invalid Mailbox or Domain: If the email address is incorrect or the domain does not exist, it will result in a hard bounce.
    2. Inactive Mailbox: The recipient's mailbox may be disabled or abandoned.
    3. Full Mailbox: If the recipient's mailbox is full, they will not be able to receive new emails.
    4. Reputation Issues: If your sending domain or IP address has a low reputation, it may be blocked by the recipient's email server.
    5. DMARC Issues: Problems with domain authentication can also lead to bounced emails.

To resolve these issues, you may want to verify the email address, check for any email rules, and ensure that your sending domain is properly configured. If the problem persists, consider reaching out to your IT support or the recipient's email admin for further assistance.
