Cannot install Windows 11 updates

I have not used this computer for longtime. Windows 11 says that I cannot use this computer without updating Windows 11, but I cannot install the updates.

The problem seemed to be lack of space on the C: drive, but I removed a lot of applications and connected an empty external hard drive, as requested by Windows, and I cannot install the updates, apparently again for lack of space

Please share a screenshot of that window.

    1. Go to Settings > System > Windows Update.

Take a screenshot and share it here.

Do not include any personal information.

    1. Could you list the troubleshooting steps you've tried to avoid repeating them?

I believe that this issue can be solved only by an agent that takes remote control of my computer.

I have already tried what was suggested by AI. Could I talk to an agent please?
