Microsoft has the right to remove or suspend the availability of any product from its stores for various reasons, as outlined in their agreements. These reasons can include breaches of the terms of the agreement, claims of intellectual property infringement, or complaints about the product's content or quality. Additionally, Microsoft may disable previously downloaded copies of a product if it believes that the product could cause harm to customers or their devices. This policy is part of the terms and conditions that users agree to when they purchase or use Microsoft products.

While it may feel unfair, these policies are designed to protect users and ensure compliance with legal and safety standards. If a product is removed, Microsoft is obligated to pay any amounts owed for the distribution of the product that accrued before its removal, unless the removal was due to a breach of agreement or infringement allegations.
