    1

What happened on your PC before Windows was no longer activated?

    2

Where did you get your Windows licence was that pre-installed on the PC or did you purchase a full retail Windows licence from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer, and if so, do you have the product key?

Or is your Windows licence based on a previous Windows 7 or 8 licence?

    3

Click your Start Button, type cmd then right click Command Prompt and choose 'Run as Administrator'

Run or paste this command and hit Enter:

    slmgr.vbs /dlv

Please post a screenshot of the resulting dialog.

If you've entered the activation code for your old Windows 10 and cannot remember your Microsoft Store account, you have a few options:

    1. Recover Your Microsoft Account: Try to recover your Microsoft account by visiting the Microsoft account recovery page. You can use your email address or phone number associated with the account to reset your password.
    2. Contact Microsoft Support: If you are unable to recover your account, consider reaching out to Microsoft Support for assistance. They can help you verify your identity and regain access to your account.
    3. Use a Different Activation Method: If you have a valid product key for Windows 11, you can try to activate Windows 11 with that key instead. Make sure the key matches the edition of Windows you are trying to activate.
    4. Check for Existing Licenses: If your device was previously activated with a digital license, it might automatically reactivate once you connect to the internet, even without entering a new activation code.
    5. Reinstall Windows: As a last resort, if you cannot recover your account or activate Windows, you may consider reinstalling Windows 11. Make sure to back up your data before proceeding with a reinstallation.

These steps should help you resolve the activation issue you are facing.
