Hey Team,

Our company credit card is being charged monthly for a Microsoft subscription, but we are unable to identify who registered the account. We do not have access to the login credentials associated with the subscription, and we cannot trace it to any of our staff.

We have tried all available options under “Contact Support,” but everything seems to direct us to AI-assisted responses, which have not been helpful for this issue. We urgently need to speak with a real agent who can look up the subscription using our card details and advise us on next steps.

The phone numbers listed on the Microsoft website are also not working for us, so we’re currently stuck.

Could someone please assist or point us to the correct channel where we can reach a real support agent for billing/subscription issues?

Thank you.

    Dear @Neko Sav

Thank you for posting your question in the Microsoft Q&A forum.

Based on my understanding, your issue is that your company is being charged a monthly Microsoft subscription on the company credit card, but you are unable to identify the account or the person who registered it. You do not have access to the account login credentials and cannot trace which employee made this transaction.

I have sent you a private message. Could you please help me send the invoice or any information regarding that charge so I can check if the subscription's name is displayed? Once I have the subscription's name, I can guide you on how to reach out to the Microsoft technical support team, or how to bypass the IVR (Interactive Voice Response) system.

To access the private message, a notification bar will appear at the top of your post. Please help me click on 'view message'.
