start ms-cxh:localonly
(After start, there is a space).
Let me know after a reboot, you can see an option to create local account.

I can't get past the network setup page on my new computer. I can't get past the page to turn on and enter my wifi information.

2025-11-17T02:42:57.7666667+00:00 It says I can't go to the next page until an internet connection is established. I can't get to the wifi setup. The only thing that works on the page is the drop down menu to set up manually, 1 hour, 2 hours and so on. I select manually and you can't advance from the page.
