I can’t access your Microsoft profile as it appears to be blocked on Pearson VUE

Dear support, 

I try reschedule date my exam AZ-900 from 24 SEP 2021‎ 08:30 PM Indochina Time‎‎ to 5 OCT 2021‎ 09:30 PM Indochina Time. but I can't click reschedule exam button It show as below

"We can’t access your Microsoft profile as it appears to be blocked on Pearson VUE.
You can contact Pearson VUE Support for further assistance. If you still need help, please click Ask a question on the Microsoft Certification Program support forum."

Please help me to unblock my profile immediately. 'cause the policy of reschedule need change date before 24 hr.

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd try asking for help with exam scheduling / vouchers in dedicated forums here. (Participate\Ask A Question)
