Excel 365 saving printer job accounting settings

I have a few users running into the issue detailed here (Except we are running Office 365 Enterprise):


User A sends an Excel file to User B, when User B prints it, it will go to User A's job box on the printer. I have tried implementing the fix suggested in the above article at this path "Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Excel\Options" but it has not resolved the issue. All that has done is cleared out User A's job box number and password when User B tries to print but it's still trying to send the job to a job box instead of picking up User B's printer settings.

I have also tried to update User A's Office but it is fully up to date.

    Please try to remove hidden data and personal information by inspecting documents, presentations, or workbooks before sharing files with other users.

    Besides, since this is a known issue for earlier versions of Office.
    If the methods in the official KB does not work for Office 365, I suggest you refer to this link to submit a feedback to Microsoft directly.
