    Hi,

Did you already contact your bank or check your bank history to see if there are two payments for Microsoft with different subscriptions?

Log in to all of your Microsoft accounts and check if you can see two different subscription there.

If so, here’s how to cancel the other subscription you want to cancel: https://support.microsoft.com/office/cancel-a-microsoft-365-subscription-46e2634c-c64b-4c65-94b9-2cc9c960e91b

To check your Microsoft 365 accounts and see if you have duplicate licenses, you can follow these steps:

    1. Sign in to the Microsoft 365 Admin Center: Go to the Microsoft 365 admin center and log in with your admin account.
    2. View Your Subscriptions: In the admin center, navigate to Billing > Your products. Here, you can see all the subscriptions associated with your account.
    3. Check for Duplicate Licenses: Review the list of subscriptions to identify if you have multiple licenses for the same product.
    4. Cancel Duplicate Subscriptions: If you find duplicate subscriptions, you can cancel one of them. The cancellation steps depend on the type of billing account you have. You can refer to the articles on how to cancel your subscription based on your billing account type, such as MCA or MOSA.
    5. Follow the Cancellation Steps: If you have an MCA billing account, follow the steps outlined in the article on Cancel your subscription when you have an MCA billing account type.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify and unsubscribe from any duplicate Microsoft 365 licenses you may have.
