Hi Amit Kumar,
Thanks for posting your question in Microsoft Q&A forum
Could you please confirm that have you previously had an Azure account using this email? If yes, what was the subscription type?
Have you created an Azure for Students account before, or is this your first time?
Recommended Approach:
- Eligibility Check: Ensure that you're a verified K-12 student. The Azure for Students Starter offer is exclusively for students at this level.
- Use Your School Email: Make sure you're using your school email address for verification when signing up. Sometimes, using a personal email can lead to issues if your school doesn't have a contract with Microsoft.
- Clear Cache and Cookies: If you haven’t tried already, clearing your browser’s cache and cookies can sometimes fix sign-up issues. Alternatively, using an incognito or private browsing mode can also help.
- Verification Process: Follow the steps to verify your academic status. You’ll typically need to enter your school email and then complete the verification via a verification code sent to your phone.
if you already have an azure for student account when the Azure for Students free credit is used up, the account is automatically suspended until it is upgraded to a Pay-As-You-Go subscription (paid per use). Unfortunately, it’s not possible to reactivate or renew the student benefit without performing this upgrade even if the credit was consumed quickly.
