I seek assistance on adding my personal domain email accounts. I have 2 personal domains and one domain email works fine but adding the second domain email account ends up with mentioned 5ssai error. Tried to clear cache, uninstall outlook, factory reset mobile device and reach out to online chat support but hasn't been resolved. My mails are working fine on laptop, ipad and in gmail app but not in outlook. My observation is, the email address i try to add pops up in the email app and when you try to add and authenticate in authenticator app, it ends up with error 5ssai. Having a paid monthly subscription for years and being unable to add my email address is concerning and meaningless to remain subscribed. Online microsoft chat support mentioned awareness of a bug but haven't reverted for over a week with a solution.

It seems you are experiencing issues with adding your second domain email account to Outlook on your Android device, specifically encountering a 5ssai error during the authentication process. Since you've already tried clearing the cache, uninstalling the app, and even factory resetting your device without success, here are a few additional steps you might consider:

    1. Check for Updates: Ensure that both the Outlook app and your Android OS are updated to the latest versions. Sometimes, bugs are fixed in newer updates.
    2. Reinstall Microsoft Authenticator: Since the error occurs during the authentication process, try uninstalling and reinstalling the Microsoft Authenticator app to see if that resolves the issue.
    3. Use a Different Authentication Method: If possible, try to authenticate using a different method, such as SMS or email, instead of the Authenticator app, if your email provider allows it.
    4. Contact Support Again: Since Microsoft chat support mentioned awareness of a bug, it may be worth following up with them for any updates on the issue or potential workarounds.
    5. Try Alternative Email Clients: If the issue persists and you need immediate access to your email, consider using another email client temporarily until the issue is resolved.

If the problem continues, it might be beneficial to keep an eye on the Microsoft support forums or community for any updates regarding this specific bug.
