Add attachment doesn't work while the get attachment correctly identifies the mail attachments

For a power automate flow where attachments from email documents are stored in a microsoft list, I ran into a problem suddenly. The get attachments action doesn't seem to work anymore and no attachments are stored in my list. On the flow run it is just shown as a grey field. I don't see any error message.
