Submit button does not transfer me to Pearson VUE – Request for Certification Profile reset

Hello, I am unable to proceed past the “Transfer to Pearson VUE” page when trying to schedule a Microsoft certification exam. After filling in my address, phone number, and email, clicking Submit does nothing — the page does not move forward to Pearson VUE.

Because of this issue, I cannot complete the identity verification step and cannot begin scheduling Exam AZ-900: Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AI-900 if needed). This issue started when I accidentally closed the browser while I was on the exam scheduling page, and I believe my Certification Profile may now be stuck in a partially created or corrupted state.

All links that should open the Certification Profile or Certification Dashboard instead redirect me back to the Microsoft Learn profile page, and no exam scheduling steps progress.

Could you please reset or recreate my Certification Profile so that I can proceed with the exam scheduling process?
