I renewed my personal subscription but it has done it in my wife's email . how do i change it to my account.

Hi Michael,

If the subscription renewal was completed using your wife’s Microsoft account, the subscription will remain linked to that account. Unfortunately, Microsoft doesn’t allow transferring subscriptions between accounts.

You have two options:

Share the Subscription If it’s a Microsoft 365 Family plan, your wife can share it with you

Sign in at Microsoft Family using her account.
Add your account to her family group.
You’ll then have full access to the subscription.

Or cancel and repurchase under your account If you prefer the subscription under your email:

Sign in to Services & Subscriptions with her account.
Select Manage > Cancel and request a refund (if eligible).
Then sign in with your account and purchase the subscription again.
