Microsoft Virtual Training completion certififcate

Question

I have completed 2 Microsoft Azure Virtual Training, where can I see it listed under my profile? I do not see it under my MS Learn profile.
Is there a training completion certificate that will be provided that we can add to our Linkedin profile?
I received email with link to register for certification however there is no certification provided for training completion.

Microsoft Certification / Exams is currently not supported in the Q&A forums.
