I have tried to create an application gateway but hits hard stop on config.
I also tried a FrontEnd setup but it does not work either. I need to test this WEB APP and XRDP Access
from public side with 2fa in place.
I believe I have enabled all needed objects... but maybe not.
I really need a quick session to see my setup and errors that are there.

Could you please share the key details below so I can understand the issue better and guide you correctly?
- What exactly is failing right now the Web App access, XRDP access, or the Application Gateway/Front Door setup?
- How are you enabling 2FA/MFA for the Web App and VM (Azure AD, Conditional Access, App Service Authentication, etc.)?
- Are you accessing the VM using direct RDP or Azure Bastion? (Direct RDP does not support MFA.)
- Which service are you using as the entry point Application Gateway or Front Door? And are the health probes showing Healthy or Unhealthy?
- Can you share the specific error messages or screenshots you see on the Web App, Application Gateway/Front Door, and during XRDP login?
