Exam duration and question pattern are changed for AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals-English on Real exam

Hello Microsoft Certification Support,

I am Jeyarani John Benedict, Candidate ID:MS06<removed PII>, Registration ID-52<removed PII> took the AZ-900 Microsoft Azure Fundamentals-English exam on November 14, 2025 9:00AM , at NC ELITE CAREER SERVICE CENTER, 132 QUADE DRIVE, CARY, NC 27513  exam center. 

As per Pearson VUE practice test instruction, Exam duration is 65 Minutes, 48 questions and passing score is 800. But, I was provided with 45 minutes, 34 questions and a passing score of 700 in the Real exam. Moreover, I purchased Microsoft Practice Exam for $80 and practiced well.

 I didn't find any questions from Pearson learning content and Practice questions.

I was disappointed due to the exam duration and question pattern. I practiced well, but due to the change in exam pattern I was able to score 602 marks. Could you please confirm why the REAL exam question pattern was not matching with the Practice exam question pattern? Could you please allow me to retake the exam? Eagerly expecting your response.

    Hi Microsoft Certification Support,, I am Paranthaman, Today i have did AZ104 exam, We are not expecting Mock Test and original Question should be same. But the exam patten itself deferent as 360 degree

    We need to know Why? In this case Mock test also should be in same patten we are not expecting same question.

    Please advice.
