Your mailbox view confirms there are no large emails, so this is a quota calculation error on Microsoft’s side. Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services, open the Outlook storage page, then select Reduce mailbox size to force a refresh. Sign out of Outlook.com, clear your browser cache, then sign in again. Let me know how it goes.

Hello. Thanks for sharing the screenshot.

This message appears when Outlook storage, not OneDrive, is over quota. Microsoft now counts Outlook email storage separately from your OneDrive files.

Go to https://account.microsoft.com/services, open the Outlook storage page, and check the “Attachments” and “Mailbox” sections. If Outlook shows over quota, delete large emails, empty Deleted Items, then force a refresh by signing out and signing in again. This is a recent storage update where Outlook reaches its own limit even if OneDrive has space.
