Dear Microsoft Azure Support Team,

I am writing to request urgent assistance with accessing my Azure Pay-As-You-Go subscription.

I am currently unable to sign in to my Azure account because it is asking for a Microsoft Authenticator verification code. I no longer have access to the Authenticator app or any recovery options. There is no alternate login method available on my account, and I am therefore completely locked out.

Due to this issue, I am also unable to raise a support ticket through the Azure Portal, as that too requires Authenticator verification. My subscription payment is now overdue, and I am unable to clear dues or manage the account.

I request your immediate help to:

Reset or remove the current 2FA/Multi-Factor Authentication settings, or

Provide an alternate method of identity verification so that I may regain access to my account and complete the pending payment.

Please let me know the next steps at the earliest. I have also raised a case externally for the same but no response to date

Thank you for your prompt support.

    Hello Wisdom Mart,

The issue pertains to a tenant lockout, where no other global admin in the tenant has the necessary permissions to login and make changes in your tenant.

To resolve this, we have engaged our Data Protection team through a support ticket. They will reach out to you via email or phone to help restore access to the tenant and assist in resolving the issue.

If the resolution was helpful, kindly take a moment to accept the answer and upvote it šŸ‘ it as a token of appreciation.
