If you've lost access to your Authenticator app and did not back up your credentials, you will need to reset your Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) settings. Here are the steps you can take:

    1. Contact your IT administrator: They can reset your MFA settings, allowing you to set up the Authenticator app again on your new phone. The admin will need to sign in to the cloud service portal and manage your user settings to require you to provide contact methods again.
    2. Use SMS or call-based MFA: If you have an active phone number that can receive SMS or calls, you may still be able to use that for verification while you set up your new Authenticator app.
    3. Follow the registration process again: Once your MFA settings are reset, you can register and set up MFA on your new device before accessing your accounts like OneDrive and Teams.

If you need further assistance, consider reaching out to Microsoft support or your organization's IT support team for help with the process.
