You may have been confusing this with our previous posting. After submitting a ticket, we'd been waiting for weeks to get a response. The MS365 support had rated our matter as Severity C, regardless of being advised that our website was hacked and access blocked for weeks and malware was progressing. By the time the Data Protection response email came (never making contact - trying to phone is a merry-go-round), malware had progressed to blocking root access. It was so extensive, we have taken a new cpanel, starting to recreate years of work.
Re. this matter of changing passwords, Global Admin had access. It was thankfully resolved with an earlier response available above. Thanks again; 'most appreciated.
