Hello,

I am trying to create an Azure Function App using the Consumption (serverless) plan. However, the deployment fails with the following error:

ServerFarmCreationNotAllowed

The subscription 'eXXXXX3-b434-XX2e-9ac8-XXXXXX1e6297' is not allowed to create or update the serverfarm.

This happens even though I am deploying a Consumption Plan (Dynamic SKU), which should not require a dedicated App Service Plan.

Could someone from Microsoft help me enable the required resource provider?

Azure Functions
Azure Functions

An Azure service that provides an event-driven serverless compute platform.

    Hi @YUSUF HÜRİYETOĞLU,

Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform! Thank you for asking your question here.

I have reached out to you over private message regarding some information. Could you please check and share the requested information to assist you further on this.

Sometimes due to Azure's inbuilt security features, creation is blocked and it can be fixed from backend provided the requested information. But after sometimes you may be able to create the resource once security parameters are met.
