Hi Andrey Makarenko,

Thank you for reaching out to Microsoft QA. We have completed the necessary checks on our side and confirmed that the issue was caused by the subscription not being allowlisted for the PostgreSQL major version upgrade. After the allowlisting was applied, you were able to proceed without encountering the “ParameterOutOfRange” error.

I’m glad to hear that the deployment has now completed successfully. If you experience any further issues during post-upgrade validation or have additional questions about PostgreSQL Flexible Server, please feel free to reach out we are happy to assist.
