Title: Bluetooth Missing — Dell G7 7588, Intel Wireless-AC 9560 (Toggle Gone)

Body: Hi, my Bluetooth has completely disappeared from Windows 10. The Bluetooth toggle is gone from Settings, and the troubleshooter says Bluetooth is not available on this device. The laptop definitely has Bluetooth — I’ve used it many times. This has happened once before, and last time Bluetooth came back on its own after a few weeks.

System:

Dell G7 7588

Windows 10 Pro 22H2

Intel Wireless-AC 9560 160MHz (Wi-Fi/Bluetooth combo card)

BIOS 1.13.0 (2/15/2020)

What I’ve already tried:

Full shutdown → unplugged → held power button to discharge

Restarted Bluetooth Support Service and set it to Automatic

Showed hidden devices in Device Manager

Verified Intel AC 9560 still shows under Network Adapters

Checked BIOS wireless settings

Ran the Bluetooth troubleshooter

Reinstalled Dell and Intel drivers for the Intel AC 9560

Attempted to disable Fast Startup (option was grayed out)

Steps suggested by a Microsoft Advisor that I tried:

Shut down, unplugged power for 30 minutes, then restarted

Restarted Bluetooth Support Service

Verified system information via msinfo32

Despite all of this, Bluetooth is still completely missing — no toggle, no Device Manager entry, and Windows behaves as if the device does not exist. Wi-Fi continues to work normally.

What I need help with:

  • Why does the Bluetooth component of the Intel AC 9560 keep disappearing?

Could this be a BIOS or firmware issue, and if so, which updates should I apply?

Is there any other reliable fix, or could this indicate a hardware failure requiring card replacement?

Thank you for your guidance.Title:

Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Please clarify the following:

    • When you enabled "Show hidden devices" in the "View" menu, did you check the adapters under the "Bluetooth" category?
    • If yes, have you found your laptop's Bluetooth adapter? Does it have any error messages under "Device Status" in the adapter properties? (Right-click and select "Properties")

If you prefer, share a screenshot of the devices under the Bluetooth category. Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    I await your reply.
