About taking exam

yesterday I was ready to take an on line exam AZ-104 with onVUE, everything by my side like preparing testing place & ID was good.onVUE tested my computer performance it was good. But when onVUE trying to launch (get) the test it didn't work they tried so many times and waited so long didn't happened. I didn't get any call, email or text message to fix.

I want to know the reason why this happened to fix quickly.

There could be several reasons why you experienced issues launching your online exam with OnVUE. Here are some common factors that might have contributed to the problem:

    1. Technical Issues: Sometimes, there may be temporary technical issues with the OnVUE platform or your internet connection that can prevent the exam from launching.
    2. System Requirements: Even if your computer passed the initial performance test, there may be other system requirements or configurations that need to be met. Ensure that your system meets all the technical requirements for taking the exam.
    3. Network Configuration: Issues with your network, such as proxy servers or strict security configurations, can disrupt the connection needed to launch the exam. A hard-wired internet connection is recommended for stability.
    4. Proctor Communication: If there was a problem, the proctor should have attempted to contact you. If you did not receive any communication, it’s possible there was a connection issue.

To resolve this quickly, you should reach out to Pearson OnVUE Support for immediate assistance. They can help troubleshoot the issue and provide guidance on how to proceed.
