I understand that you're having trouble installing the Office applications on your computer, which throws the error code 0-2301 (17002).

Use the Microsoft Uninstall Troubleshooter to remove all traces of your Office applications.

Once uninstalled, turn off your Antivirus (such as Kaspersky, McAfee, etc) if enabled, and then try installing the Office applications.

If you're still having issues, try connecting your device to a different Wi-Fi network, such as a Mobile hotspot network, and see if you can install Office applications.
If that still didn't work, click Windows + R key, type in inetcpl.cpl, and click Ok.
Select Connections > LAN settings > turn off Proxy server - Use a proxy server for your LAN if it is enabled.

Re-install Windows Installer Service -
- Click Windows + R key, type services.msc, and click ok
- Select the Windows installer and restart the service.
- Set up the startup type to 'Automatic'.
- Run the Office installer again.
