    Hi,

In addition to the above solutions, if none of the solutions work.1. Shut down your computer

    1. Press the SHIFT key + Shutdown or press the power button for 10 seconds until the PC turns off. Unplug the HDMI/Display cable and power adapter from the PC for 30 seconds, then plug them in again and turn it on.
    2. Please go to your device manufacturer's website and manually install the audio driver.
    3. Please run an In-place upgrade in Windows 11.

If you require further assistance, please don't hesitate to let me know.

    Stay Safe!

If Device Manager indicates that your audio device cannot start and shows error code 10, this typically means that the device has failed to start due to a driver issue. Here are some steps you can take to resolve this issue:

    1. Update the Driver: Right-click on the audio device in Device Manager and select Update Driver. This will start the Hardware Update wizard, which may help in finding a compatible driver.
    2. Check for Windows Updates: Sometimes, updated drivers can be installed via Windows Update. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update and check for updates.
    3. Reinstall the Driver: If updating doesn't work, you can try uninstalling the driver. Right-click the audio device in Device Manager, select Uninstall device, and then restart your computer. Windows should attempt to reinstall the driver automatically.
    4. Check Device Status: If the device is still not functioning, check the device's properties in Device Manager for any additional error messages that might provide more insight into the issue.
    5. Contact Manufacturer: If the problem persists, it may be necessary to contact your device manufacturer for further assistance, especially if the drivers for your specific hardware configuration have not been developed or updated.

Following these steps should help you troubleshoot the issue with your audio device not starting in Windows 11.
