Transcript ID and Access Code not displaying for my PL-300 certification – how can I get them?

I recently earned my PL-300: Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst Associate certification. I am trying to add it to my Microsoft profile and to platforms like Upwork, which require the Transcript ID and Access Code.

I have followed the steps to view my certification:

Logged into the Microsoft Certification Dashboard.

Clicked on “View Transcript” under the certification.

I can see the Certification Number, but there is no Transcript ID or Access Code displayed anywhere.

Could you please guide me on how to locate the Transcript ID and Access Code for my certification? Is there a delay in availability, or a specific place I should check?

Thank you in advance for your help.

Transcript ID and Access codes have not been used for several years. Upwork need to change their system

Your transcript is on Learn https://learn.microsoft.com/users/me/transcript

You can create a transcript sharing link from there https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/view-share-transcript

To locate your Transcript ID and Access Code for your PL-300 certification, you should follow these steps:

    1. Ensure you are logged into your Microsoft Certification Dashboard.
    2. Click on the "View Transcript" button in the Transcript section.
    3. If you do not see the Transcript ID and Access Code, it is possible that you may need to generate them. To do this, select the "Share" button. This will prompt you to create an access code for your transcript, and you should then be able to see your Transcript ID and Access Code.

If you still cannot find them after following these steps, there may be a delay in their availability. You can also refer to the Certification support for further assistance.
