URGENT:
I need help fixing my issue that I have when I am trying to access my school work in Microsoft Excel and Word. When I try to save my work, Microsoft asks me to re-enter my credentials, and when I try to do so it asks for parental consent. When I get my guardian to enter their email and confirm the code, it doesn't do anything. It's like it doesn't acknowledge that my guardian enterred their email but yet makes them do it over and over and over with no progress.
Microsoft Excel has is now not letting me even see my work, making this a big issue for my schooling due to due dates nearing closer.
Please if you could help me out.
