Error while activating Azure via Microsoft Startup Portal

Dear Sir,

Require urgent help to Activate Azure credits (via the Microsoft Startup Portal). I have logged in via LinkedIn which is connected to my personal and business email. After clicking "Activate Azure", and confirming that the email is the correct email address for my Azure sponsorship, and then clicking on "Activate", I get the following error: "Cannot redeem Azure at this time" (see attached image). Request help as soon as possible.

    Please can you try again with activating those Azure credits?

    It could have been a temporarily problem with the website. If you still can not redeem the credits, please can you make sure that all of your information is correct. If it is, please reach out to the Azure Startups support team so they can look into this further from their end.
