    Might try printing to PDF to see if the result is the same. The printer settings might be screwed up.

    @Tremblay, Jean-Christophe

    Please refer to DSPatrick's reply, print the Word documents as PDF file for a test.

    If this issue also occurs with PDF files, it's recommended to update your printer drive to have a check.

    If this issue only occurs with Word documemts, I suggest you go to Layout tab > Orientation, check whether it is the same as the one you set for printing.

    And then, you could also search "Printer & Scanners" > Find your printer, click Manage button > Printing Preferences, please also ensure the orientation is your needs.

    Any issues, please let me know.

    Is this a document with a custom page format? In that case, note that the page dimensions may affect what Word considers to be portrait and landscape, respectively. To be more specific, landscape requires that the width is larger than the height (and vice versa for portrait).
