I have forgotten my outlook credentials and Microsoft has temporary locked my account. The account email is "******@outlook.com".

If you repeatedly enter an incorrect password multiple times, your account will be blocked for security reasons.

You can use the Outlook sign-in helper tool below to unblock your account.

Remember to use a familiar device from which you've frequently accessed your Microsoft account, as well as a familiar location. Microsoft will review your responses and respond within 24 hours. If you are verified, instructions on how to log back into your account will be sent to you, and if you are not verified, you will need to submit the Account Recovery form again. You can do this up to 2 times every 24 hours.

Important: The account recovery form can only be used if two-step verification isn't turned on.

If you have forgotten your Outlook credentials and your account has been temporarily locked due to multiple failed login attempts, you will need to wait for a period of five minutes before you can attempt to log in again. After that, you can try to log in using the correct credentials.

If you still cannot remember your credentials, you can retrieve your username by going to the login page of Microsoft Outlook and selecting the Reset Password option. Then, follow the prompts to recover your username or reset your password.
