To activate your Windows, you can follow these steps depending on your setup:

  1. Using Key Management Service (KMS): If your computer is configured with a Generic Volume License Key (GVLK), it should automatically activate when connected to a KMS server. If it is a member of a domain, it will request activation from the domain controller.
  2. Using Active Directory-based activation: If your computer is part of a domain and Active Directory-based activation is configured, it will automatically activate when it connects to the domain controller.
  3. Manual Activation: If you have a Multiple Activation Key (MAK), you can manually activate Windows by going to Settings > Update & Security > Activation, and then selecting "Activate". You will need to enter your product key.

If you encounter issues during activation, you may need to troubleshoot or contact support for assistance.

Where did you get your Windows licence was that pre-installed on the PC or did you purchase a full retail Windows licence from Microsoft or from a 3rd party retailer, and if so, do you have the product key?
