If there is a PC manufacturers OEM licence stored on the motherboard, then Windows should activate automatically after you re-install Windows, without the need for a product key.

Are you sure you have re-installed the exact same edition (Home or Pro) of Windows 11 that was previously installed on the PC?

Download the free ShowKeyPlus app from the Microsoft Store.

Please provide a screenshot of that app window and please hide your product key in the screenshot.

To activate Windows after reinstalling the OS and using a trial version, you can use the product key you obtained from the command Get-WmiObject -Class SoftwareLicensingService. This command retrieves the original product key that was used for the Windows installation. If the key is valid for the version of Windows you installed, you can use it to activate your copy of Windows.

Make sure that the product key matches the edition of Windows you are trying to activate. If it does, you can enter it during the activation process. If you encounter any issues with activation, ensure that you are connected to the internet and that your Windows version is compatible with the product key you retrieved.

If you need further assistance or encounter specific error codes during activation, you may want to refer to Microsoft's documentation for troubleshooting activation errors.
