    Hello @Usman Khan

Step 1: Attempt the Microsoft Account Recovery Form

Go to the official Microsoft account recovery page and provide as much accurate information as possible to verify your identity. This includes previous passwords, subject lines of recent emails, and contact email addresses. It is crucial to complete this form on a trusted device and network.

Step 2: Seek Direct Support (If Recovery Form Fails)

If the automated recovery form fails multiple times, escalate the issue to human support. Use a different Microsoft account (or create a temporary one) to contact Microsoft Support directly regarding the locked account. When contacting support, clearly state the affected email address (******@live.com), that the account was hijacked, and that the current issue is an account lockout preventing recovery.

Submit the official Microsoft Account Recovery Form, wait 24 hours and re-attempt SMS verification, and use a different account to contact Microsoft Support directly.
