    Hello @Trần Duy Anh ,

In additional to Sunoj, you must disable Secure Boot on the Linux VM after installing the signed kernel module for use with GRID.

The GRID driver redistributed by Azure does not work on many non-NV-series VMs (such as NC, NCv2, NCv3, ND, and NDv2-series VMs), but it does work on NCasT4v3-series.For more information about specific vGPU and driver branch versions, see the NVIDIA website.

GRID Driver 17.3 currently only supports NCasT4_v3-series VMs. To use this driver, manually download and install GRID Driver 17.3.

For more detailed information please reach out Microsoft official link- https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/virtual-machines/linux/n-series-driver-setup#nvidia-grid-drivers

Here is the clear document Installing the NVIDIA Driver on an Azure VM- https://forums.developer.nvidia.com/t/installing-nvidia-drivers-cuda-on-azure-nvadsa10-v5-vm-ubuntu-22-04/321128/3#p-1604105-installing-the-nvidia-driver-on-an-azure-vm-1

    Hello @Trần Duy Anh

The inability to find "NCv3-series" in the "sizes" when attempting to create a GPU-enabled VM in an Azure free trial subscription is a common issue. This occurs due to specific limitations and quota restrictions placed on free trial and certain subscription types.

Azure's NCv3-series and other high-performance GPU VMs are generally not available for deployment within free trial or Visual Studio Subscriber Azure subscriptions. These subscription levels typically have limitations on the types and sizes of VMs that can be provisioned.

    Solutions:

    • Upgrade your Azure Subscription- If you require access to NCv3 or other advanced GPU VMs, consider upgrading your Azure free trial to a pay-as-you-go subscription. This will remove many of the restrictions associated with the free trial.
    • Request a Quota Increase- After upgrading your subscription (or if your current subscription allows it), you can submit a support request to increase the vCPU quota for the NCv3 series in your desired region. Azure support will review your request and adjust the quota accordingly.
    • Consider Alternative GPU VMs- If NCv3 is not strictly necessary for your workload, explore other GPU-enabled VM series that might be available within your current subscription type, such as the NC6 instances (if available and sufficient for your needs).
