Is there any API to create custom Bing Search?

Would like to know, Is there is an API to create a custom Bing search like how we create via UI.

    @Sowmiya J I believe you are trying to achieve the same functionality as in the bing custom search porta?
    If Yes, then there is no programmatic way to manage the custom search instance, users must add/remove websites in custom search portal only.
