Azure multiple identity providers - Microsoft Account and G-suite

hello,

we have a simple AD tenant, where Microsoft Account identity provider was automatically created when the Azure account was created and all users with MS license are able to log into and use Azure. However, users without MS license do not have access to Azure. For AWS, we have SAML fed in place with G-Suite and wondering, if this can be implemented in Azure as well, so remaining users from G-Suite, who do not have an MS license, will get access to Azure.

Is this feasible? Would not be a clash of those IdPs in Azure by having many users twice (users with MS license via Microsoft Account IdP with the same users from G-Suite SAML fed)?

thanks a lot,
