In this case, I recommend signing in to your Microsoft 365 admin center using your business admin account and checking the Billing > Bills & payments section:
- Sign in to the Microsoft 365 admin center https://admin.microsoft.com with your admin account.
- Go to Billing > Bills & payments.
- Select the invoice you want and choose Download PDF.
If the check payment still shows as outstanding or isn’t listed, it’s best to contact Microsoft 365 Business Billing Support directly so they can verify the payment details on their end:
- Sign in to Microsoft 365 admin center https://admin.microsoft.com with your Microsoft 365 admin account,
- Select Support > Help and support, enter your question and select Contact support.
