How do I retrieve an original email after it has been replied to and it is auto saved saved with the reply?

It is no longer available in sent messages in the original form.

I have checked the following option:

"when a reply modifies a message don't move the original"

Thank you for anticipated responses.

To retrieve the original email after it has been replied to, you can follow these steps:

    1. Check the Conversation View: If you have the conversation view enabled in Outlook, the original email and its replies will be grouped together. Look for the original email in the conversation thread.
    2. Search for the Original Email: Use the search feature in Outlook to look for the original email by entering keywords or the sender's email address. This may help you locate the email even if it’s not in the Sent Items folder.
    3. Check the Drafts or Other Folders: Sometimes, if the original email was modified and saved, it might be in the Drafts folder or another folder where you may have moved it.
    4. Look in the Deleted Items Folder: If you accidentally deleted the original email, check the Deleted Items folder to see if it is there.
    5. Use the "Recover Deleted Items" Feature: If the email is not in the Deleted Items folder, you can use the "Recover Deleted Items" feature to see if it can be restored.

If you have set the option "when a reply modifies a message don't move the original," it should keep the original email intact. However, if it’s still not visible, the above steps should help you in retrieving it.
